How about the plastic check valve on the jet cover , if one is damaged it won't run on that cylinder until you can get the rpm high enough to get on the main jet, run into that one before , have you checked the sync on the carbs , have you verified spark with an adjustable spark tester, loose...

Have you checked the reeds , they will defiantly cause a bub bub bub when the ski is in the water. I chased a XL1200 all over the place only to find out it was bad reeds the whole time, thing is the reeds looked fine , hold your hand over the carbs with the flame arrestors off, rev it up...

I bet it's a lot better than when I hooked the steering up backwards on my 650SX fixie, now that was interesting lol .

ummmm I just answered that , inline mounting means both carb shafts are inline with each other , if you twist both carbs 90 degrees the shaft are now parallel , that is how the Seadoo carbs are mounted. Let me expand on that , that is how the 92-93 twin carbs are mounted , the 94-95 models are...

You are comparing apples and oranges, those Seadoo carbs don't mount inline like Yamaha 62T carbs do, they mount parallel like the Yamaha XLT80 and 1200 carbs do .
