the oem flame arrestor can only mount to the plate in one direction. since 44s have 4 bolts on each carb to hold the plate, you just turn the plate around. this cant be done with 38s cause it only has 3 bolts and if you turn it around it wont fit. you can always drillnew holes though

to answer your questions....
1. It did not raise my compression until after the rings seated (which is what i wanted, but the compression was never lowered to the 190PSI that i wanted before rings seat.) THEY ALSO TOLD ME COMPRESSION DOESNT GO UP ON 2 STROKES WHEN RINGS...
How did you connect the metal to the plastic reduction nozzle, and what is the reason for extending the pump reduction, do it help prevent blowby out of the sides of the nozzle?
