cc ing domes

if i pull the dome out of the head smear some grease around the o ring place a plug in the dome and a peice of perspex with a hole in it over the dome and fill it with a siringe is this how every one is cc ing there domes?
if so what cc will produce 185psi at a bore size of 83mm?
it has standard dome top pistons

The 35cc domes would put you a tad over 185psi and would be okay.

At sea level with stock non-ported cylinder

What is suggested compression at 760 engine when using 99 octane fuel?

There gonna be Total loss ignition and ported cylinder and 85.5 pistons... Im looking reliability and good bottom end and midrange because i had wetpipe.
