I used a small drill bit then a self tapping screw to grab them, used a pair of angled(bent) needle nose pliers while the carbs were in a vise to leverage them out. Look back in my build I covered that
Put the new trim system on. Bought it used with bored Thrust Nozzles. The reduction nozzle was bored to 90mm and the steering to 93mm.. Took it out today reduction nozzle was too much went back to the stock for now. Still have the thrust bored 93mm steering no problems.

Yea the steering was a big difference to me. But don't plan on it being comfortable going straight. Mine never was, and when I added tubbies it got worse. But it handled so much better.

Haha, so unplugging the white with red stripe wire from the stator (pulsar coil) it runs good, revs up. Plug it in and it's like timing is off and it just dumps fuel and the cdi won't let it rev up.
So, it's something electrical, we swapped the entire electrics off of a running blaster (and carb). Ran perfect didn't leak fuel into cylinders. Put carb back on and same thing ran great. Swapped all the electrics back over and wam problem returns. Bran new 62t stator flywheel, cdi out of my...
