I've found this so far, but it's got a slight arch. Most of the ramps I've found so far are only 7" wide. Good find with that 10" ramp!

U won't be able to find 1 for free. What issues are you having? Most people on this site know those old SJs well enough to quote the manual. Just list the specific problem you're having. If it's a wiring diagram you need, they're out there on this site.

Sounds like you already checked about everything. Does the 650 have a grease nipple at the driveshaft bearing (at the firewall in the engine compartment)like the 550? If so, might be worth seeing if it needs grease. If you don't have a lanyard on that ski, probably be worth rigging the carb...
