Killer deal!!!!!!!!I just stumbled across a 93 sn complete except for motor and pump and minty on the outside for $100....hull sat full of water for the last couple years so inside is kinda trashed but will clean up i think. Got to pick it up this weekend.

fogot to mention he said it came from a family friend and still has contact with the owner and theres no title for it.but the ski is out of the system.still worth 200? or should i try to bargen with him?

It's not a title. It's an ownership certificate, or something like that. A laminated card in my case. Hopefully they're just confused on the name of what they're looking for.
It's not worth spit unless they can get the certificate. Check with your state laws. U may be able to get away with just a bill of sale.
