I have gotten compression readings from both cylinders as well as a video of it running. I have noticed the bulb primer does not seem to work, so i primed the lines before starting in the video (PM me for the video, i think i have to send via email)

I sold my two resto mod 550's two winters ago. Sorry this is my last 550 left. Actually really pains me to see it go. Having one kid in diapers and another on the way, just dont have the time to give it the love it needs.

Alot of information here and over on PWCToday. Mostly buy parts from the forums - but you can find some good parts/ parts skis on Craigslist and Ebay if you work hard enough. You planning on dropping in a larger engine or just using the 550 engine?

Def Something to think about... I had the bushing/spacer (stock Yamaha parts) but that one fell out as well. I will try some higher strength Loctite. Thanks for the replies. Glad to know its not just me. Does anyone grease these (or the spacer/bushing) to help from turning?
