If using no cor material, 120oz should do the trick. Trays take a massive beating on big flips. I've fixed a few top brand carbon hulls with 60-80 tray bottoms and they failed, ie foot threw tray or split in 2.

West system makes resin that is UV resistant. There is also other composite clears out there that are much more durable then clear coat paint. Why did you go with 6k? Cost? What OZ? All repairs need to be vaccum bagged(sounds like you are going to do that) and everything should be layup at...

lol, I have heard amazing things about that pump.

The trex fab o-ring pumps are the best bang for the buck, around 1500. Torrent ninja pro is the best money can buy currently, but is 4500. I'd recommend setback, I wouldnt even consider a non setback.
