I would also try and ride one in the surf before purchase as well. I have ridden a Gen 2 and it wouldn't be high on my list for a surf hull. As stated above, some hulls have been hit or miss, be sure to check over the hull and be ready to reinforce if you decide to go with a Gen 2

It's right around 130. I picked it up for $800 and it came with a brand new OEM track. I am working on installing the track and cleaning the carb/fuel pump. It's kick start only. I was fortunate enough to find one 5 minutes away.
