I couldn't agree more. I have seen a shift in this industry since I got into it. A lot of good has come from it but there are also a few bad apples that people will defend no matter what. We are all human, we make mistakes, but when you pay for something you should receive your item in a timely...

Regardless of back orders, they should have been up front about the items on order. Communication is not that hard, a simple email or phone call goes a long way. Hopefully they get your parts to you soon!
