Fuel filter is new and look great...all new lines.....pick up in tank and the tank are spotless...

No my bad....it tries to rev but falls flat instantly. I am out here now. Plugs seem a little wet/rich but I have a clean new set here and same symptoms. Which is sudden onset of fall on face bog right of idle. Starts and runs nice though and everything looks great.

So I have never had either of these fail while riding so I am not sure what happens if and when they do..... Yesterday I barely made it back to the ramps. I was riding and then she just fell on her face. I have good compression and good spark.... It starts and idles no problem....just can't...

Did those 3 crumble like wet bread or old playdough or did they rip a little but still get you back to the boat ramp with no further carnage? @Big Kahuna has had some OEM early fails too.....I never ever have had them fail other than mildly and one side at a time and only after a lot of abuse.

I didn't answer you because it doesn't matter at all. I know mounts pretty dang well after all these years. I know how long they should last and how they should fail....which is not crumble like wet bread and all at once. I'm done. Buy them for sure! The fact that anyone is still showing...

I was doing what I always do and they lasted for one day and when they failed they all failed at once and caused catastrophic damage. No I would I take OEM mounts with you and/or preemptively change your mounts every year if you ride waves. Don't take my word for it ask around.

I remember when I quickly trashed my first and only set of rhass and people here suggested I turn them in for a new set and then sell the new set but I am not that guy so they went right in the trash can.

Well that is very cool of you! I could not remember where I got it. I have several heads and old domes and I tried it them all....waaaay to tight and will clearly damage the threads if one were to try and force it. I'll PM you my addy now...

A handle. It threads in to both plug holes and gives you a nice lift point....or it supposed to anyway.

Not a bad idea! Although I kinda think it is just poorly cut proper threads so it I would need the proper die which I don't have...

No the threads are mint and they look very very similar but clearly are not the same because it threads in a half turn and then says nope! I have tried both ends and several different plug holes and several heads/domes. The tool is junk
