You can also attach sacrificial Zinc Anodes onto some Aluminum Parts like the Ride Plate, similar to how Yamaha puts a Zinc Anode inside the Cylinder Block. Galvanzing Spray Paint can help also:

Yes, anodizing creates a non-conductive aluminum oxide layer on aluminum that serves as an electrical insulator. No Bueno for Ground Cable...o_O

2015 Superjet w/MSD cdi has spark, compression and fuel, but erratically starts for a second every few tries, then dies immediately.

From Jetski Solutions: "Another interesting point is the "sparks when you let off the start button" syndrome. This always means one of two things......the cdi is bad, or the pulser coil is bad, or the wire from it to the e box is open."

    Factory pipe Lord mount

Yep, Lord Mounts are probably in a bind due to bad alignment. Align the Exhaust System Parts first without the Mounts and then see where the Pipe brackets end up. Also measure the actual space between the Pipe Brackets and the Cylinder Head, and the Block, and order your Mounts accordingly...

    Batteries

My experience has been that most Batteries last as long as the stated Warranty. The Battery Manufacturers have that down to a science. Those $35 Sigmas Tek batteries have a 6 month warranty and are great for putting in Skis for a quick sale or when cash is tight. But for personal skis, I...
