i can undestand that but if it's 20% more at the high end of the power band were the b-pipe signs off then it won't really do a freestyler any good i would think. might be nice for a racer but i thought this was more of a freestyle pipe. assuming it can gain 20% that would translate into way...

always used system three epoxy.had their stuff on the shelf for over 15 years and it's still good. customer service is top notch. not sure how the prices compare though.

same prices as factory has mostly stopped having retailers except for a few older shops. the margin is too small to get a better deal usually.

why would you bugger up the groves on the cases,they'd be on the horizontal sealing surface.no mods done there usually and since the transfer ramps are already supersized as per his description there's no grinding needed in the area. even if you wanted to run different thickness bases gaskets...

jazz or rend i think used to sell them for the 440/550 way back when.never saw one in action,only on the shelf but could probably tear the nozzle right off during a wrong maneuver.

couldn't you finish bore after anodizing.i don't know how you are set up for that.ie:possible damage to finish during line bore? i think anodizing is needed as the cases unlike the cylinder often get and stay wet even after operation as some water remains in hull unlike the cylinder which is...

just anodize the cases black.no choice on color.you could still also offer raw ones as well and let the peeps anodize them themselves. is there enough room to oring the base gasket surface and intake?

i don't want to upset anyone nor be a naysayer but it seems to me that a 20hp bump over a b-pipe might be a bit optimistic no? it 's just that it's so hard to squeze a few more beans out of a motor and this pipe claims 20!or the b-pipe for all these years has been grossly undersized or wrong...

a pipe is a pipe.nothing much to break on them. never bought a new one and never will.

seeing how long it's been running and with late penalty and interest,he should be closer to 327.4 hp by now.

new seals?heck,a little superglue and back out in the h2o. where did all the metal come from? bendix,flywheel seem ok?just seal metal?did you have a lot in there?
