I'm sure you and many more will see plenty of this ski in time. I know with Steve Websters engine build and talent in building complete race skis this thing is going to be a beast like no other. I can't wait to see and hear it.

Also try bolting the center a inch or so outside the part perimeter instead of using weight. Bolt every six inches. Then tape the outside perimeter closed with duct tape and use more clamps. All this will give you more control and better tolerences of the foaming. Again great idea, looks good.

Nice, good idea. If you put (3)1" ports down the center of your compression mold/clamp it would give you better foam tolerences. The hull can be setup for kawi, yamaha, seadoo and polaris. It requires the kawi intermediate bearing, shaft, and pump.

I'll put up pics when I get the parts I'm waiting on to lay it out.

Talked to Thrust Innovations today and all the parts needed to continue mockup/build will be here wed. When you guys see some of these custom parts you will understand the hold up on this build. Nothing short of the best, this ski is going to be out of this world. :eek2:

Had a little set back from the welder who tigs the exhaust tube for me. Its done and moving along. Closing the upper and lower tomorrow. Button up the loose ends and should ship thurs.
