MARK44,does the epoxy actually grab the nylon blocks?i was under the impression that it wouldn't stick to it?
the stainless rivnuts are a little stiffer when you lock them but not impossible.
you need the small bearing midshaft mount.the threads for coupler are also smaller on older shaft.
but you can run a new style shaft if you get matching coupler for it.
all other dimensions are identical.
get the timing advance plate instead.not quite the same thing but close enough for a stock boat.
the msd works well and is reliable if installed correctly.
starting is like stock.
didn't chuck say that you could safely mill the base of the 62t/64u cylinder to lower port timing?something like 0.085in?
