I recently bought a new ski with a RRP pole with a spring. The pole wants to sit all of the way forward. Any ideas of how to keep it closer to the ski? I just don't want it to fly forward it I fall off of the ski. I have a pole limiting rope but the loop that connected to my hood latch on my SN...
Thanks guys. I'm pretty stoked about it. Not so stoked about having to ride the square nose to the dam so I can get it off of the dock but one last ride won't be too bad!
I really wanted to but my brothers fx1 went out of commission the day before we were going to shoot a second video. He wants a new ski so I don't know if the SN would hold up to his ski
I was recently told glass hulls that are 80-90 pounds do not have enough reinforcement for wear and tear of failed flip and b roll attempts. Is this true? I want to learn how to b roll and flip off of a boat wake but not if I'm going to trash an am hull while doing that. Who knew buying an AM...

So it's a year later. Still like the hull? I'm in the market for an AM hull and have seen a few bob gen 2s. Go for one or look at something else? I'm coming from a 94 701 square nose. I like to chase boats and ride on a 600 acre lake. Not really looking for flatwater but have about a...
Without going through 13 pages, does anyone have the link to the Hurricane overview video? It starts out with news coverage of hurricanes and then flashes video of guys on a hurricane then goes into a full video of them riding these hulls. Does this ring a bell to anyone?
I am revisiting this as I am really wanting to buy a new hull for a winter build. I have seen a bob gen 2 on here, rickters, etc. my budget is still around $5000-$6000 but thought if I find the right ski I can up it if needed. Keep in mind I can technically only have a 701 on the lake I live on...
