right on sc8, first called harry, then changed fittings. hope this helps cool the cylinder. dont want to run dual lines because it might be hard to hide from tech.

To answer my own question; just changed the pump, head and over board fittings from 1/4 to 3/8s.

I just installed group k's 834 c.c sleeper big bore kit in my sxr. Its an absolute rocket. What are some ways to increase my cylinder cooling??? I need to retain a stock appearance or stealth installation for cheaterstock. Let me know what you have tweaked or modified for that added...

Are u talking about hilltop performance? I know of them but never rode with them. I think they ride sxr's.

Noticed that my sxr has a tendancy to push the nose down at higher speed. Will changing the ride plate or intake grate help? I heard something about nozzle wedges. Whats that.

What prop would be most suitable for racing my sxr800. I have a big bore 834 c.c.'s, modified carbs, intake, exhaust, head and plumbing. Basically a cheaterstock. I am 200 lbs and will be running open veteran novice. Thanks in advance.

Anyone using aftermarket mounts? What should the bed plate and motor mount bolts be torqued to? I torqued the headpipe to the manifold with 22 ft. lbs. What is a safe number? Im thinking maybe 32ft. lbs.

Yes, the coupler rubber was reinstalled. I will double check the coupler placement and hose clamps for tightness. I still have the stock exhaust with modified plumbing and internals. Thanks
