If the other piston dome is clean check exhaust manifold for warpage which can let cooling water into chamber.

I am going to try to order a complete 200MM bolt and nut and try a couple springs i have from old partouts. It is so heavy you cant really ride it for more than an hour max. Thanks for the ideas.

I have already tried that. They are a shoulder style bolt. You can crank them down and pole is still loose. Thanks for the idea though.

My ski has an older Kavinci octagon pole mounted to an EME base. There are two bolts holding the pole on instead of the normal long bolt. The pole is real heavy and wears you out fairly fast. I don't know if you have access to a Napa store, but I took my ski to the store and took the paint chip book out and there was a red that matched perfectly. Unfortunately, I don't remember the code. Here is a pic. You literally could not see a difference and it never peeled like the factory paint.

It was in a fairly large town about 60 miles from my house. We picked it up and spent the rest of the day shopping. I would say 50 people stopped to look at this thing while it was in the various parking lots. Truly the ugliest ski I have owned, and I have had hundreds.
