    flow control valve.....

I think I'm going to experiment with plastic, and if it works with a hose, I will transfer the parts to metal. you got the wheels turning mh, thanks a bunch bro.

    flow control valve.....

thats a good idea, although I don't want to completely stop the flow, the coupler will melt.

    flow control valve.....

I'm intrigued. what would you do to modify the valve? put another smaller spring on the opposite side of the ball?

    flow control valve.....

thanks, and much appreciated. limiting the flow to the head pipe takes away bottom end. trying to figure out a way to make it dump until upper midrange, then limit it while dumping at the stinger. I'm thinking about getting another flow control valve and try somehow modifying it to act in...

    flow control valve.....

I already have that setup on another ski. it's basically a newer style setup with a flow control valve between the head pipe and the stinger fitting, and I use a limiting valve between the head and the headpipe, but it doesn't dump like it needs to going into the chamber. if I open the limiting...

    how would u clean this

yeah, and you'll turn charlie on in ways he's never experienced before, and he'll become so obsessed with you and want you inside him soooooo bad that he will collect and save pictures of you, and photoshop them with your face sitting on top of gay people he admires, while he pervs to them....lol

    flow control valve.....

well, I have an old style chamber on one of my 550's with no stinger fitting. the water dumps directly full flow into the chamber. which helps with bottom end tremendously, but it doesn't do crap for top end rpms because the full water flow keeps the pipe cooled off too much to peak out well...

What is the dumbest, most ridiculous comment you've gotten about a standup?

that's not rediculous. I run a 13 pitch straight pitch in a 440 pump, msd set to drop off at 10,500.

that depends on what pitch prop and pipe you're using. a low pitch prop and a shorty chamber dried out will let that engine scream pretty good under load. no cavitation issues.

What is the dumbest, most ridiculous comment you've gotten about a standup?

" wow, look at all those stickers, I bet that thing is fast!" lol yeah, those stickers usually add about 4mph to a ski....

    SX/SXi/SXi Pro Disappointed

the 750 sx was designed and built stock as a recreational ski. out of the box they don't have much in performance. you have to do quite a bit to them to get them to "perform". pipe, compression, porting, timing advance, stainless prop of a low pitch, ignition, etc.. in other words, you have to...

Custom/Hybrid Another great Watercraft Factory build!

yeps. either inner tubes, or some type of thick mil poly vinyl bagging that will fill up the inside of the hull to use instead of foam, to displace the water. with valve stem(s) and a pressure guage at the bulkhead.

    SX/SXi/SXi Pro Disappointed

power to weight ratio sucks on a stock 750. big, bulky, and not near enough inherent power for the ski.
