    fx-1 problem

take off your ride plate, unhook steering cable, and take the 4 bolts out that hold the pump in. When you pull the pump off, the driveshaft will come out along with it. Are you doing one of the two pump mods?

    fx-1 problem

My ski has a mild head and a superjet pump. Huuuge improvement over the stock setup. I signed a document saying that I will not get a b pipe until I backflip. B pipes supposedly give you around 20+hp. Skills first, engine later...

    fx-1 problem

If turf is what your talking about, I use diamond cut on the rails. I use white turf on my ski to bring out its bling. There are a lot of guys in nor cal that ride. My cousins ride in Sacramento. Lot of guys go to Pismo.

    fx-1 problem

Haha, when I was in jr. high and AIM first came out, I always went in the chat rooms and that same phrase always came up. I ALWAYS clicked on it and I would just be like "damnit! I dont have a credit card! Why does this girl want a credit card!!!" lol, amazing...

    fx-1 problem

Are your pickups sealed? Gas cap on tight? Both nipples are taken? If you leave any openings, your gas tank will collapse and nothing will happen. Make sure all your hoses are secured and they are hooked up properly as stated in my previous post.

    fx-1 problem

Just read my previous posts and do what I said. If you don't know what I am talking about or where something goes, just go to the next step and do process of elimination. Its all there in black and white (well actually white and blue) lol. My fuel selector is upside down because its the...

    fx-1 problem

I actually just had a similar problem. My engine was freshly rebuilt and had a lot of oils in the engine. Anyway, I could start it but then it would die about 3 seconds later (15 times or so.) I then switched out the spark plugs and poured some gas in the carb and it fired right up and stayed...

    fx-1 problem

lol I had about a 15 min. talk with one of the members about this last week. OK so....the pulse line is the outlet on the carb that is separated from the other 2 (the 2 that match up vertically). That pulse connects to the manifold, so you should have a really short line. On your fuel...

    lanyard setup

My lanyard keeps coming out randomly and is really annoying. Does anyone else have this problem or a solution to it? I don't want to use a zip tie. I heard the Kawasaki lanyards have thicker keys and they stay on better. Any thoughts?

Bringing a familiar FX1 back to life...

I don't think I am at that level where my bracket will affect my ability to ride. It does look really cool though. Someone should make a drop in kit for it, modified hood and a lowered piece to glass in for the bracket area. ....snowxr......

Bringing a familiar FX1 back to life...

Proof that it works, this thing is awesome. It snares with the 144 pump on. I didn't need the helmet, but it was new so I wanted to see how it was going to fit. I can't wait to go to Oceanside this week!
