    X2 basket case find

40:1 is fine. If its smoking a lot its either rich or low quality/old oil.

    750sx to sxi pro

Everything will drop right in if you have the pro drive shaft. Easy swap.

    intermittent spark

Magnets on the flywheel could be going bad, if you swapped everything else out, i would start there.

    SX/SXi/SXi Pro 98 750sxi pro running issues!!!!!

Had the same thing on my X2, the inner layer of the hose was collapsed even more than the outside. Rip it out and put a new hose in.

Make sure that the arm you bent is 1mm below the surface. See WMazz's pic here http://www.pwctoday.com/showthread.php?t=464495&page=3

    coffman Pipe on 750sxi

I would go with the smallest one but recomend going with the middle to be safe.

    750 sxi issues under load

130 is within Kawi specs. Yeah it not perfect, but its not the issue.

    750 sxi issues under load

Check the diaphragms and check valve in the carb pump. When the motor hydrolocked it could have sent water through the pulse line and damaged something.

    coffman Pipe on 750sxi

Yep, that would work. Otherwise, I just go to the hardware store, get a plastic hose barb splicer and thread a main jet into it. Basically the same thing as this: https://www.watcon.com/fuel-system/fuel-restrictor/return-fuel-line-restrictor.

    coffman Pipe on 750sxi

You just want to restrict the amount going into the stinger, but since its T'd and the rest is going overboard, water is still flowing and cooling the motor/pipe. You just want a fine mist going into the exhaust stream to lower temps so it doesnt burn up the rubber couplers. With the amount...

    coffman Pipe on 750sxi

A crack will definitly cause issues and that pipe looks like its been welded before, but also that water routing is a major issue. Without a pisser all of the water is going into the exhaust. You want the exhaust as dry as possible without burning up the couplers, so a fine mist. I would...

    coffman Pipe on 750sxi

Dont go that big on the jets, will be WAY to rich. What is your altitude? I took mine out and tuned some more yesterday. Ended with 1 turn out low, 80 pilot, 40G spring (the shorter one), 125 main, 3/4 out high. Perfection. Im at 6000ft. So if you are near sea level, the 85 pilot should be...

    coffman Pipe on 750sxi

Im putting 44s on mine shortly. Have the manifold, just waiting on the carbs. Ryan, when you were dialing the screws out, did the problem change at all? Better or worse?

    coffman Pipe on 750sxi

This statement makes me think you are lean, but you shouldnt have to go larger on the jets from where you are at. And its hard to tell how the ski is running through words. How are your carb base gaskets? If that is all good, I would try the stiffer springs. Also, you could try riding it...

    750 sxi issues under load

Did you replace the crank seals when you had the bottom end apart? If not, that's probably the issue.

95 750sxi jetting dual 44's with coffmans rocket mod pipe setup.

Ditch the swirl cut head, gimick at best and a busted up piston at worst. Buckshots are a lot different than standard carbs so you cant really compare. Start by tuning the bottom end and then go up from there. Have you done a compression test at all? Maybe the cylinders are ready for a bore.
