Nick is a top guy
you meet him and straight away you can tell this
He is exciting to watch in the surf as well , his flat spin off the top of the wave is something else
hey isnt clymer the same manual that told every one to shove there yamaha seals in back to front causing no end of issues with superjets blowing back seals
please please please
dont ruin that lovely gp800 intake tract buy putting that plate across it
Good luck on the conversion
i have ridden a gp800 engine in a stand up and its very nice
A 7mm stroke on a std cylinder resleeved or not is going to have radical port timings unless you run the pistons out of the cylinder and that is not a very good technical idea
wow big thread
Sorry guys
you can take the magnets all out of the flywheel and still run it
The lump on the flywheel is what tells the ignition where it is in degrees of crankshaft rotation
some triggers have a magnet in them , i cant say for sure they all do
Have you considered that the engine may be restricted by the intake so badly that the carb is not getting enough pressure drop across the jets to allow it to run correctly
Are you using the 650 kawi intake manifold with adaptor plate
We just had our freeride championship on the gold coast
was awesome to go and watch
Surf was chite
poor ross didnt get his boat here so he was on some one elses and im sure he could have gone alot better
he came in 3rd i think , didnt go to presentation
The thing that impressed me the most was...
i was running an 04 superjet race boat
It had tubbies and hull extensions
it was awesome , until the 08 came out
rear sponsons will make it sketchy on the rough water going down the straights
