    Super Jet Vibration cause stripped drive shaft?

    You most likely pushed some sand into the midshaft when the pump was reinstalled. The driveshaft tunnel is always full of sandy grease. The only way to insure the splines will last is by removing and cleaning the midshaft/tunnel every time the pump is removed. Aligning the engine also helps.

    Tune your engine to make as much power as possible and tune your pump to hold the engine at that rpm. All the other parts wont do you much good if you cant master this concept. The outlined setup should have good throttle response but be limited on power and thrust.

    You will never get that Westcoast head to seal, especially larger bore sizes. Use a stock SXR head with that low port cylinder.

    Carbon fiber wont work on aluminum. Epoxy and glass is very good for repairing thin aluminum. Make a mount with EVA floor foam and superglue.

    That is how stock couplers break. Your 64X-65V 760 style seal wear ring slipped off which is also common. Install the new one with some loctite.

    Drilling the main jet is fine for single carb applications when you are going to power tune the top screw anyway. It is not so good for twin carbs where you are relying on both being as close as possible.

    There is a little more to it than that. Move the steering aft, shorten the hull, and add a lot of power with a trim nozzle. Bigger waves will make up for lack of power.

    It is all in your head. Get a pipe and a good impeller, that will make a measureable difference. Everyone thinks louder is faster, even when its not. Now go drill your box.
