I just checked the ring and it has a wall thickness of 6mm I'll give that a try with 5mm holes and a bit of heat. Cheers

Didn't make that to clear... I want to change the chamber to a pfp, so need to remove the ring so that it will fit.

I have just bought a new TS2 and it has exactly the same curve programed in. This worked will on my 1100 the weekend.

I have the RRP exhaust system on my ski. Realising how I want more mid now I'm doing multiple flips etc. Has anyone removed the sleeve? Didn't realise it was in there till I measured up to see the difference and there is a ring round it at 73mm that's PFP size...

Its Easy ill find the post on here. I did find some silicone hose that was slightly thinner than the Stock b pipe coupler and works even better as less resistance. All I do it put a little grease on it before I ride and steering is super smooth.

With out the coupler mod the X metal trim is gash. Put the coupler on and its night and day difference, was amazed how good tbh. Makes big spins effortless, and has more than enough trim. I've got mine backed off a bit now. Personally id only run the xmetal now as its been flawless and works...

I'm having issues with my 62t motor. Ski rips for 15 mins or so then gets a slight splutter at the top end that gets worse the more you ride. Leave it 20 and it's fine again for a bit. Stator lighting coil resistance and pulse coil is fine. Got a new OEM coil on its way. Fingers crossed
