Hi Guys,
Building a 780 85.5mm 61x cylinder 62t cases Fully ported and epoxied with 44 carbs and rrp ninja pipe.
should I run a reed spacer plate? Seems like all the work to add epoxy to the inlet to reduce the crankcase volume would be lost.
Be interested to hear your
thoughts.
Cheers
Saw a post on FB where someone was talking about a mod you can do to mukuni kidney plates that stops carbs dribbling at low revs.
Anyone got any info on this? My dasa 48s always dribble on my 1200 on idle
Cheers
Cheers for the reply’s. Sounds like loctite is the one.
When you machine the housing it gets really thin so to much interference and I was told it can split apart really easily.
This is pretty much size for size. If you line it up perfect it will slide in. Hoping the loctite might seal it too...
Hi Guys,
Just repairing a Skat mag that the housing had cracked on.
What’s best thing to put it together with? I was thinking loctite retaining compound that will hopefully keep the salt out for a bit.
Cheers
Only just seen the Zeel ignition that’s a direct replacement for super jet 62t and 61x cdi like the MSD Enhancer, but fully programmable.
Who’s running it, and how good is it?
Cheers
