ok I need a cover for my 99 SJ. I need one the will obviously fit over my xmetal bars. I know the blowsion one says it does, but I remember reading somewhere that you can get the exact blowsion one cheaper somewhere.. But I just need a good cover for winter.

ya, I think just a bit of clearence up top will help me get them in further. also found out I cant use that stock corner molding piece. Water was catching on them and spewing up into the tray!! It looked like water fountains, spewing up into the tray! I think I'm gonna turf the corners to...

ya, I sanded the ski obviously,, then sanded the back of the turf a bit with 60 grit. Put glue on both parts. It was pretty hot out, so I only had to wait a few minuates, then stuck them togeather. worked great! :beerchug:

ya, what matt e said.. you brush it on the ski, and back of turf. then wait a couple minuates and stick it on. and it stays put! Then I used a rubber mallet and hit it all down good.

I rode them today and there awsome!!! So much more control to do air tricks!! Still might have to sand the turf down a bit like feet to fit in a bit deeper. Over all well worth the time!!!:Banane57:

ok, So I'm done finally! I didn't turf the rails. Let me say I was doing awsome on the turf till I had to turf inside the holds.. ya that screwed me.. :headache: looks ok but oh well.. second issue is I think I should have either not put padding on the top or cut it in half.. I cant wedge my...

ya called lowes they say they have some! I didn't realize it, but the wammer kit comes with turf for the rails aswell.

no I haven't bought the dap stuff yet... I didn't think it be hard to find.

I have a wet suit.. but it kinda goes from being hot to cold quick here. so like 90 this weekend then it can go to highs in the 60's.. I"m hoping I can find this dap stuff around here.

I start turf tonight!! I just gotta sand some more first.. and go pick up the dap glue! Hope to ride this sunday.. might be my last chance!

ok, the bottom of the holds has two layers, and I put some extra in the bottom of the hold it self, for strength on landings. Now How much can I sand these?? the edges are kinda sharp, can I sand them to where they will be more flat with the ski? right now there kinda square and glass sticken...
