Thanks for the definition. About your second comment, why then are we literally burning up these o-rings then? I always thought the theory was that the surfaces provided "most" of the seal, of course not all of the seal though.

How do you buy something like that and not know what it is? It couldn't have been cheap. Didn't the previous owner have anything to say about it?

Im having the same issue as you on my SJ. Glad you posted this up. Mine is an ADA also, its the only o-ring head Ive ever had this problem with. I figured I needed to have the cylinder decked, but I honestly cant find anything wrong with the surfaces of the head, cylinder, or domes...

OK, I think just to get me out there I'm going to get some straps and a limiting rope. I have a bilge pump. I think I've turned it on maybe once since owning the ski. I'd still like to do the pump mod before I get out there, but we'll see.

removing the decal itself is not the part I have trouble with. Its the hours of painful adhesive removal.

Looks nice. It better for $650. lol. Has anyone ever tried to remove a wrap? Lets say you decided to go with a different look. I can't imagine what a horrible PITA that would be considering what a pain removing stock decals can be.

I've noticed that where the pole bracket is, its spider webbing. Not sure if thats just the gel coat but it has me worried, thats why I ask.

Pretty stock except for the FPP, JD intake and ride plate. I plan on doing a pump upgrade at some point soon.

sometimes I'll come across something like that on craigs, they'll be selling a "jetski" . You look at the pics and you see UMI and billet pissers and stuff, they dont know what they got. Usually there something nice under the hood if they got that on the outside.

because Novi drills out the built in Mikuni restrictor in the carbs. There needs to be pressure (5 psi I think?) on the return line. Read this manual to get a basic understanding of how the super BN works. Notice the restictor in the return line on the diagram. They drill that out...

Its all about money. Kids are the driving force behind what they put on the tv and for some reason this sport just doesn't appeal to the kids as much as skateboarding, snowboarding, freestyle mx. I don't see how kids will ever get into this unless they're exposed to it. Most kids probably are...

hmm, don't think he does. I hope he comes back to worlds at some point. He's like the freestyle version of Jeff Jacobs. He could come back at any point and beat everyone.
