was just informed today that RRP will not be selling their current line of carbon handlebars due to breakage.they may be working on developing new stronger ones .
if you have old loose bearing, assemble dry first and check if bearing has enough retention or use some plastigauge to see crush.won't tell you much other than the bearing is being squeezed enough to not slip around.dykem would work also.
doesn't look too too bad on the photos.
the 900 chamber on an 1100 is supposed to increase peak rpm hp since it's shorter but it doesn't work well at all.the chamber is just as fat as the 1100,just shorter.
you can mill the manifold to bring the pipe in closer to engine a bit
put a plate with a hole on top of head and put water in until the combustion chamber is full.use the sparkplug type you will be running.
you measure both the chamber and the squish.
