dual carbs adjust just like singles,only synchronizing is an extra step. known issue with the wet pipe you have. try opening the water screws a bit more and see if it helps. water injection will help out also. talk to zforce about the port job.why recut the head? port timing etc... your bored...

about 35 to 45 lbs depending on exhaust and ebox used. go like stink with a ported limited setup and still have a reliable engine

destroyers are a nice addition to the sxr. stops the nose from plowing down under in turns as in your photo.much easier to ride around buoys. leaning back and lowering your stance will help also.

line up the rings with the locating dowels,pinch the rings and lower cylinder.start with front piston and then do rear one.

try and stick to stock stroke with big bore for increased longevity.5 to 6 strokers still remain reliable to some extent.anything beyond that shortens life.

a billet does not indicate any particular manufacturing process. it can be cast,extruded or forged. most of the billets used for machining are extruded from cast aluminum ingots,pigs,rounds etc... heck,some cast parts that are fully machined to finish dimensions can be considered "billet parts"...
