a round nose pole will bolt up, and it even fits in the 550 pole bracket. Since I'm already using a superjet turn plate (blowsion) and a superjet steering cable, it will be a bolt in process. Though I'm waiting till I can find an Xmetal at a good price. Thanks for the compliments.

Rideplate is to long, and Waay to damn slippery. Dunno why, its the same shape and dimensions as the original aluminum one.... Time for the D cut.... Should I save up for an X metal cylinder and a few new motor mounts? I want flatwater backy...

I usually end up making my own clunks. I use the short 1.5" kawasaki pickup screen that is attached to their fuel pickup lines. Then I drill out a few of the stainless pump mounting nuts. Slip it on to a length of tube. works good enough.

And then I decided to make a rideplate. Still need to do final sanding and paint... Probably gonna cut it a lot shorter too...

Welp.... I pulled the motor to do some general maintenance, some new motor mounts, new bendix, cleaning etc. I cleaned out the engine bay finally, and ground down all the ribs and painted with some appliance epoxy. water and nuts can finally roll easily to the back of the bay without...

I as well have a bunch of solid aluminum bars to sell. I drill out the last 6 inches on either side of the bar. Works to keep the weight down a bit and it acts as a vacuum to keep the grips on.
