They didnt say outright that its a stock flywheel just that its a 61x flywheel, and it kinda looks like fresh aluminum to the untrained eye... I have no doubt thats why it went for so much.

Powdercoating is not awful in saltwater. Its the prep job and how you treat it which determines how its gonna hold up. If it gets beat up and scratched then the aluminum will corrode under it and force it to pop. So yea, rideplates and intake grates will flake. But stuff like engine...
