    The 9-15 Hooker is ok, Solas concord must be pitched down. The same impeller will work for your stock 650 to a ported 760. Make sure to inspect the crank and use new OEM seals when you change the cyl.

    A 6M6 and 61X flywheel is smaller and lighter than 62T. Your 650 nozzle is as big or bigger than any 701 nozzle and your 650 muffler/outlet tube was also used with 701s and not a performance factor.

    Not by itself. 90% of the thrust comes from the pipe, porting, and pump combo. Big carbs, high compression, and light flywheels help with throttle response. Start with a pipe and low pitched impeller, those items will do the most good.

    You will need to use the SX cable and bracket. Just loop the cable over the tank between the hull and battery. Glue some rubber wherever the cable touches to keep it from chaffing. The longer cable wont feel as crisp but will work just fine.

    Since you are value conscious, the SJ is a better deal. A dirt cheap 650SX hull will leave more money for making thrust but but would be worth very little, even if it could do flatwater backflips.

    An oven is easy to make for low temp work, I made one from urethane foam panels that worked great at 140-150F. My room temp epoxy molds didnt like it though. I think a 30psi autoclave could be made from an old propane tank if you are serious about prepreg, it is awfully expensive for a jetski.
