I dont know where MFGs get their leading edge number, it seems to be made up. All modern impellers are cambered so that the leading edge is very flat, it looks like your is a little steeper than others. Bending the trailing edge down will increase the load a lot.
The Sizzler manifold will need to be positioned very carefully in order to get much gasket sealing area. They didnt give you much material to work with.

You should get close to 7000 on the trailer. Smooth water rpm will be where ever the pump is set. Tune the top screws a few rpm rich of peak and make 1/4 throttle sputter slightly with the pilots. Tune the bottom screws well rich of peak at idle on the trailer.
