Super Jet 6m6-61x-62t exhaust manifold

I want to know how hard would it be to mount a Coffman sizzler manifold for a 6m6 on a 62t? I know it involves alot of port matching and what about the bolts? Ive heard of using thread serts but i dont like that idea Are there any threads out there on this subject?

Yea port match then 62t uses 10x1.25 bolts to attach exh mani while 6m6/61x uses 8mm x1.25.
Time serts work well.
you could try drilling the Mani for the 10mm bolts but the last Coffman mani I saw was short on extra room with the 8mm
bolts..

The Sizzler manifold will need to be positioned very carefully in order to get much gasket sealing area. They didnt give you much material to work with.
