Drilling a Jet (I know it's not good)

SJ/Bri, Where in North Jersey??? I have an 120p I also have a 122.5 & 125 but I am using them for tunning tommorow. I was gonna go to bulls island tommorow. Also, you can drop your pop-off spring one setting it won't be the same as raising the jet but that got me through last weekend. Ryan

    Question about carb tuning

ShAkEdOwN, There was a restrictor originaly in the return line. I think it was a rev limiter or something like that. The sbn's have a built in restrictor. It allows the fuel pump to build pressure. I have seen a few sbn's that had the return nipple filled with solder or jb weld then drilled...

Bill Z Pelinski AKA billzpelinski on ebay

I sold him a bendix on ebay from my 650sx. The bendix worked flawlessly when it was in the ski it was just a little ugly like all of them are once they are used, but none the less it worked perfect. The description read "working bendix from a 650sx" or something close to that. He sends me a...

Pop-Off & low speed jet questions

I'm running a single 44 on my SJ 145h 120l 2.3 & 95 g spring. It was running lean when I had a 115g in I swapped in the 95g now it's running much better. It loads up a little just off idle and still has some very minor hesitation a little higher up. I need to order some higher pilot jets. My...

    300/440/550 SN SJ vs. 650sx

I found a big difference in build quality as far as the little things go. The way the 650sx is setup like the steering setup, hood, tray pads and such. It just has a tacky feel to it kind of like pontiac. The motor & pump are not that bad except for the tiny ass carb.

    Battery Filling questions

I did a search on pwc2day and came up short. Every pwc battery I have ever owned Has gotten low on acid. Why is this?? I know the batteries are not leaking. Is the acid/water evaporating??? Or is the water being converted to H2 & O2? I have always heard that adding distilled water is what to...

    couple problems

Make sure the vent line to the tank is not clogged and that the one way on the tank vent is clear and flows INTO the tank. Also the ventline running up the handpole could be kinked or pinched. Either way the reason the tank is imploding is it's not sucking in any air from the vent to replace the...

    Where to buy Amsoil?

I'm going to be running amsoil interceptor in my ski because it is available at most local powersports dealers by me. They only sell it by the quart which only gets me about 2 tanks but is great if I run out. Are there any places online that have it cheaper in bulk? I googled it and came up...

    300/440/550 Frankenstein kawasaki 1978 440 + 1986 550

Adet glassed behind the old outlet and the just faired it in with bondo. I looks perfect. The previous owner reinforced the exhaust outlet with a road sign. This ski came out awesome for how little he spent and for how much of a pos the 2 skis were.
