Drilling a Jet (I know it's not good)

I am in desperate need of a fatter pilot, I've been everywhere within 50 miles, no one has it :frown: The pilot I have is a 115 I need at least a 120, I know drilling the jet out is not exact, but it will get me through the weekend (I'd rather be too rich than lean) If anyone can help with a drill bit size it would be awesome.
Thanks,
Bri

120 pilot is very close to the main. If you have a numbered drill index step it up to a #56. the 115 pilot is a #58 and measures 1.05mm

SJ/Bri,
Where in North Jersey??? I have an 120p I also have a 122.5 & 125 but I am using them for tunning tommorow. I was gonna go to bulls island tommorow. Also, you can drop your pop-off spring one setting it won't be the same as raising the jet but that got me through last weekend.

Dropping popoff doesn't actually increase fuel flow, it just brings it on quicker.

Thanks for the answers guys, but the ski crapped out today, I think it's the ignition. The ski became a rodeo bull- the ski would surge then cut out repeatedly. The throttle position at anything above idle caused this to happen. I'll take it apart tommorow to find out what's going on :banghead:
Thanks,
Bri

Don't forget your plug wires. Sounds like it could possibly be a broken plug wire. Cut them back to eliminate it.
