If he lied about buying it from ADA and he's quick to return your money, I'm guessing he knew it was a fake and is trying to brush it under the rug.

Alot of times intermittent electrical problems are a loose connection. Check everything, especially the grounds. Check the connections inside the ebox.

Other than the statement about yamahas and kawis, I'm not sure what I disagree with. Every accident they list involves somebody being stupid. I think its ridiculous that someone with the money can just hop on a 800 lbs rocket with no license or training etc. Its a weapon.
