Freestyle this thread will help EVERYONE Your setup motor / hull / prop of ANY KIND!!PROPS

Freestyle this thread will help EVERYONE Your setup motor / hull / prop of ANY KIND!!PROPS

Did anybody even bother clicking on this link? Its strange why nobody on this site will do this. You're telling me you would rather send your prop back and forth to Impros 2 or 3 times before you figure out the right setup? I've been down that path, it gets expensive. I know the thought is...

    Blaster Carbs

There's no way he should have any dribble then unless that thing is ready to vibrate right off the trailer. I would check to make sure you have the right N/S and spring, check the o-ring on the N/S, make sure the needle arms are level with the body of the carbs.

    Blaster Carbs

You can try running a heavier spring, then use a larger low speed jet to compensate. The heavier spring will help it seal better against the seat. So if you're running an 80g spring and a 2.0 N/S to get 21 psi of popoff, try using a 95g or 115g spring and go up on your low speed jets by one or...

Super Jet Anyone use a hitch hauler?

OK, yea you're right I'm strictly talking about the tongue weight. You definitely shouldn't weigh the rear of your vehicle too much or you'll affect the steering and breaking.

Surfriding My friends are scared of salt. Help

Well they're techinically right. I think most just deal with it because the rewards are worth it.

Super Jet Anyone use a hitch hauler?

Most of the time the capacity they tell you on something is actually cut in half from what its real capacity is. If it says 400 lbs, it can handle 800. EDIT: Just make sure you dont apply that philosophy to ladders.

    Blaster Carbs

If you've replaced the N/S on those several times and you still have dribblers then its probably not your problem. I dont suppose you have a lot of vibration? I went through hell on my 1200 with vibration and dribblers. To your question, yes, if it were me and I was going to spend the...

Blaster Blaster 1200 conversion on temporary hold :(

I'll concede the intake mani from a 1200 should bolt up to an 1100, but the intake is different in the sense of how it sits on the case. Because of that, you have to clearance the cylinder to fit onto the case because the intake on the 1100 sits too close to the cylinder. It will work, but its...

Blaster Blaster 1200 conversion on temporary hold :(

Not true, they're different. I think you can clearance a set of 1100 cases to fit the 1200 cylinder, but the intake is different so you would have to address that too. It might be worth it though if you have a lot of trouble finding 1200 cases. There's definitley a lot more 1100 part outs...

Blaster Blaster 1200 conversion on temporary hold :(

How much would repairing those cases cost vs. just buying a good used set? Without checking, I'm guessing you could buy a set for $200 or less.
