I just installed a JD pump shoe. Ridiculous amount of grinding that needs to be done to make it fit right. Is the Blowsion shoe different than the JD? I thought they were the same thing.

You forgot the timing advance on best bang for the buck. You run a stock intake grate? I liked it at first but after switching to an aftermarket I cant stand riding one with a stocker grate. I agree though, you do lose a little top speed.

^^^Good choice. I used 404 filler for a project. Holy crap, sanding was horrible. If you dont need a lot of strength, stay away from the 404.

Dont worry, the only thing that gasket does is keep water out of the generator. Now that I think about, thats pretty important.

Make me an offer. Scottie: What did you have to do to get them to fit? Did you have to replace the OEM shafts with the longer shafts?

I've got an OEM 44 rack from a GP1200 I'd sell you cheap. Needs throttle shafts replaced, but I think you would need to replace those to get it to work on a Kawi setup anyway.
