Chose a silly place to drill a hole for the bilge discharge. Port side forward above the mod chamber. A mile of hose that's always in the way. Did it on both ski's. Yes, it's fixable...but I enjoy kicking myself in the ass for it, and it makes me think a bit more b4 I do anything.
Fiddled with a few different things on Sat. The pipe tuning made no real difference. Tried a few things with the cooling lines. One set up gave better performance, but the motor was way too hot. Broke a clamp on the b-pipe coupler..(had a spare)...
All in all, it's going back to the way it was...
You realize that you're now on some kind of anti-American list due to that post. How dare you stand up for freedom!
You will be told what freedom is, and when you will get it!
I'm with ya brutha!
Equal protection under the law and all that crap!
If the players of all of the different water sports had control of it, rest assured, it would be worked out.
Odd. I've sat and chatted with FWC officers here. Many of the same rules apply.....at "guarded swimming beaches".
This does not include the inlet where we ride. But we always give surfers and paddle boarders plenty of space.
I would not do it, but it would be legal for me to ride right thru the...
It's not clear why they rousted you. I wish there was no music in the edit so I could hear the fuzz!
Anyway, I didn't see a pen or paper come out... so you guys must just be badass troublemakers worthy of rousting! lol.
Interested in the new box.....
However, I guess I've been lucky. I've got 8 years on the OEM gasket. And for now it's tight and dry.
I looked around a while ago for new ones but nobody had them in stock. It's not an expensive gasket. I think it was 12 or 13 bux.
If I were a seller, and had some...
The surf is like a woman that has left you......
No matter how much you love her and can't wait to see her and ride her, the reality is: she just does not care about you!
And after she hammers you, if you don't get out of her way, she will slam you again! Not spite...It's just what she does.
Just got the motor back in.... Had a bad ground cable and a loose positive cable (loose on the starter).
I made the last set of cables, and made them well, but not well enough, I guess! Lasted a year or two.
Glad it was that simple. Glad it didn't crap out in the surf.
Trying a different...
I have Watcon seals on 2 ski's. Very pleased. I can't say that they are better than OEM, but I've yet to replace one after install and have had no problems. Prep is everything. Can't beat the price.
depends.
What is the durometer of your skull? lol. I'm no flat water expert. But, a helmet is probably a good idea....at least until you can do those tricks effortlessly. Then...wear a helmet.
JMO
I think I have ...like a 93 750 cable...it's better than the stock sj cable. A bit longer, but much beefier and a fifth the price (from riva). Minor tweeks are needed.
Checking... yep 93 kawi cable. Just take the cable holder plate from the top of the casting to the bottom (screw up) to make up...

Keep in mind that "surf" includes those that work the waves as well as those that trick the peaks.
Both ride surf but have different needs. The flippers and rollers enjoy mods that are useless to a carver and vise versa.
Still searching for a tiger fur dealer.......plenty of tiger penis...
The "loose/tight pole thing", to me, is a matter of personal preference.
I like the pole to move "with me" instead of having to consiously "move it". (if that's understandable)
