I know squat about your motor. But, Seafoam is ALWAYS the first step when I have carb issues. It might not fix it, but it can not hurt it. The clean-up that it does just may save you a lot of work. (personal experience). Pulling the carbs for a clean/rebuild is not always needed. I too worried...

I'm not being a smart-ass , but this happened to a friend of mine. He had installed the pistons 180 out. (arrows pointing toward intake). Just a thought. It would run for a bit.... similar symptoms.

Didn't burn as much fuel as Butti, but had 3 great days of riding with Sanoman & Jay & the guys from Atlanta! (followed by 3 days of sore muscles!) Had not ridden for at least a month prior. Good time!

You said it better than I! This vid is great, not only cause the rider rocks, but cause it gives a taste of everything. Those that limit themselves to one school or another are doing just that.....limiting themselves.

Wow! I know folks that have broken eardrums on rolls, but never realized how common! I tore my medial meniscus resulting in simple surgery...years ago. Otherwise, just the usual aches and pains that go with an aging jet-skier. lol.

We had a little labor day ride just up the road at the spot....looks like you guys had fun! It chopped out as the day went on for us. The water looks much more inviting down there as well! From all of the rain, the outgoing tide turns the inlet a tanic brown. Like riding in coffee!

Check with Jetmaniac b4 you go elsewhere. He does a lot of 701's really well. I don't know his pricing (he's been great to me on other stuff). I guess it depends upon what you want.
