Transfer volume (and design) is pretty trash on oem cylinders. Displacement hits a point of diminishing return regardless if it's through bore or stroke. That's why porting offers such a significant gain over any incremental displacement increases.
Don't go crazy on your cases, gasket match all the intake pieces (found these to be pretty poor mismatched) and soften the edges between the reeds and the bottom of the transfers. Widen your exhaust port and match the boost port up is easy work and good gains.

The 750/800 spring might be tough with the breather tubes but the coiled area is smaller diameter so that is nice. I think I have a Blowsion spring in my RRP pole/bracket and I just had to cut down the hull side a bit and swear at it a lot.
Anyone have experience with raw, polished aluminum on a surf ski? Thinking about changing my hull color and the faded pink anno isn't going to match.
Is it a maintenance nightmare? I don't want to be constantly polishing but am not afraid of a little rub job now and then.
Nice looking hull, is the top deck carbon or just carbon reinforced? The missing pole bracket is problematic but not a deal breaker. I'd say it's worth $1800 - $2k to the right buyer but you may be waiting on that person for a while.
That's a tough one to value, it's basically a superjet and will carry a similar value to a Superjet hull in similar condition.
Pics will help, condition, title, parts included will help determine the price.
I'll be there, hopefully riding. Tough to decide if I want to pay $100 to not be able to drive on the beach or $125 when they tell us last minute we can actually park on the beach.
2023 Daytona costwaytoomuchtobeafreeride is really shaping up.
Here's a sweet technical drawing, just cut one of the 90's off of the 750sx spring, slide the rubber damper over the newly cut end. Take that dumbell spacer thing out first.
The shape of the sport port template felt a little aggressive to me as well (for a reliable rec ski), that is why my template is slightly less wide and has a larger radius on the top corners. One thing I found out while messing around in CAD drawing my template was that the way the template lays...
