its using a zeeltronic setup, 760 front cover and flywheel. Zeeltronic ignition with the wax racing products curve.
I cant remember what the flywheel weighs with out magnets. I did one a while ago and it was very light but i sold that ski
you could do it but then you may as well get the stock one and pull the magnets out. its cheap and very reliable and light with the magnets out. I did think about it but decided not to for this reason
Fx1 ported with 760 44s. v-force reeds. ada head. b-pipe. 760 flywheel with charging magnets. wax racing products ignition curve on a zeeltronic. Plug and play
No I haven't. When they normally run staggered jetting is on runabouts with big pumps that can put a lot of load on the crank. It's a safety thing. Like the lower compression on one cylinder on the 760 and the staggered timing on the gp1200
Yes you do, Its such a simple thing and a lot of people have done it now. The ignition comes set up with a good curve in now as well so its a case of plugging it in and giving it a power feed. It really is harder to fit a bilge pump than it is the ignition
This is why you use a digital ignition and program it correctly. You can use the ignition to put the temp in the pipe instead of trying to restrict the stinger
I do cad and 3d printing. before I manufacture parts for www.waxracingproducts.com 3d printing is not really up to the task if you want to make durable parts, Its great for rapid prototype however
Hi there
Yes he will now put those curves in now when you buy them. The reason being is because you can plug it in and go riding.
I only ever use one curve in my ski as the fuel changes when you adjust ignition timing so having a hot swapping curve is a waste of time.
The red curve is one i...
Team Kawasaki found a 1.5 hp gain from going back to a straight manifold from what I heard. These manifolds make one cylinder run hotter I cant remember which one. I will not even tune a ski with these manifolds.
I really dont work like that, But i do try and have my jetting in such a way that my adjuster is about 1- 1.5 turns out. this allows me some fine adjustment if needed with out having to change a jet. When my tuning is done I then go one lower in the high and one higher in the low to see if i...
Anyone thats looking to do the cheap 760 total loss i have sent the curve to borut and you can ask him to put that curve in your ignition or you can contact me on face book and i will flick it through to you
This makes it really plug and play for you
