I ran Stainless in mine for the cooling and trim tube. Also installed rubber heat shrink everywhere the lines went thru the bulkheads so there was no carbon touching the SS.

The outer shell is like a vinyl with a fleece lining. They are really nice. The fit is not a "Tailored Fit" but they are made for different ski's.

Well $Hit Terry, That is great to hear, Unfortunately the side effect is you are still as ugly as I am..............

What scupper is it? On my old 24/7 scupper I would add a little layer of grease where the flap met the alum trim. this would make it kinda sticky, once this stopped, would get a new flap. Also if it has an alum plate that screws to the top, you could try loosening the screws...
