RRP and Rickter are basically 2 separate companies.

Kommanders Hulls are being built somewhere else now. The Factory was owned by the Motzouris's. Motz and Kommander split ways last year. Motz now has Fast Powersports which is making their version of the GP1's.

You could mount some UFO Mounts and then rig up some way to attache straps to there to help secure the battery better. Might help if you posted some pics!

If you are trying to dent it some with rubber mallet, use lots of small fast hits, not big knock the crap out of it type hits..... Also a layer of turn between the chamber and hull can dampen the sound from hitting.

Take a piece of turf and glue it to the latch assembly on the hull side, when you go to attach the hood latch, this will make it pull the hood down tighter. Had to do this on my Superjets.
