Follow Jhucke's advice. If the wires are broken there will be some spark....... Many times it will crank find on trailer, Once you start riding it is ok, until you hit waves, the bouncing will cause the strands to pull apart and you will start to lose spark. Cut the wire back 1/2 inch...

Wasn't a bad run. They were all this way. I bought a pole new in 2001 and it was these same. i removed the pole bracket, and slotted the holes to "Kick" the pole over to make it more centered.

I agree. Sharp edges are not comfortable. KVPI was one of the worse I have ever used (Well, it was on a buddy's ski, terrible).

With certain plate grate combo's when you let off the throttle the pump gets loaded to hard giving the ski a "Braking effect"...

could always trim some of the scoop on the WCOT grate to lessen the grab!!!!!!!!!

I run a Torrent 148 in my Edge with a DASA 830. I have ridden an Edge with a 735 with an oem 155 that freaking ripped. It is all about the setup...

The setup is different for everybody. I run full length tubes. And Adjust from Flat water riding (Shorter) to surf riding (longer).
