Ski is all done, tweaked with more timing & compression... These really helped the ski come to life... Now over the winter install the power factor water box, install a mag stubby cone, Bore the Reduction nozzle, Pro Tec trim nozzle.... These are the fine details that really help the ski make...

You will be very happy with the scupper, even when my freak is upside down (when I let others ride it) it takes a lot of time to swamp it... Knock on wood it has only been swamped once with my old XS setup by my good friend from VA... Even then the ski did not sink... Like buck said these...

I run mine scupper & no pumps... Same with Lucas, Berkey ....

You can put a little more water in there, just adjust the flow control valve

Your box is running a little dryer to get that snap out of the bottom end.... I know for a fact since I tuned it! If you switch back you will have to buy a new exhaust hose from yamaha ($140 ish)

I think you will be fine with the Pro tec riding in Iowa... We ride all year down my way, and most of us ride surf 100%... Blaster in flat water gets boring quick.. Surf ski's take a real beating every minute riding in surf...

I had one of the new ones in my blk RN... Ski still seemed load for what it was to me, my Dasa 1100 is quiter with the powerfactor box... But its much better than the old boxes...

I was out riding last week, couple buddies wake boarding 2 at a time... I was hitting there wake and doing backflips over there heads... Was really cool looking down at them... Then I hopped my ski over the bow, buddy said I cleared the bow by 2-3 ft... Will take some pics next time
