Chris (Jetmaniac ) likes the stock 38's on his 701 to 781 motors... He always sell them with the stock 38's.... Motors rip off the bottom to mid so I would try 38's... Don't buy broke dick worn out ones, buy a decent or take off's. I think Brian at Thrust has some brand new take offs for sale

Yes I'm very happy with my setup... This package is truly a Pro level ski/motor setup... Just pulled the ski apart this morning, New Paint, Turf, Detail everything up under the hood.... It will be ready for WF's at the Thrust it or Bust it Tent....

I rode it, but it's not setup like mine... He has it on a b pipe and msd enhancer... Motor wants to hit, but no timing and no dry pipe really hold it back... You can burn a tank on it in a few weeks... The XFS owner really likes my freak setup!

I would say call Dasa or Steve at kommand... If you building on the kawi sxr 800 bottom end.... Not a lot of guys out there building on the kawi based bottom end... Brian at Thrust was talking about a 4 m stroker kawi motor that Dasa just built for a customer.

The real questions is how soon do you want one? Motors are very close to each other, the Dasa motors like to be propped a little lower than XS.. That has nothing to do with how the ski feels or power....

I run mine 1 ground per coil to a center ground stud that I also have my start solenoid grounded there. I have another ground lug 1/4 in bolt.. One 6 ga ground to the starter and another 6 ga from that same stud to battery... Double check everything, it's normally something very simple..
