what about doing a ride at the straights of mackinac? I think jumping the continous waves of the ferry's would be a riot, plus riding under the bridge. Plenty of camp grounds right there on the water too, and a better central location to get more riders in the area to go.

used pink polystyrene foam in the bottom and sides and 2 part expanding foam to fill the voids. Got the first layer of epoxy filler on the bottom sanded, and have a couple more to go. Also got the UFO inserts for the battery tray/gas tank/waterbox down using gflex and a layer of carbon over that.

looks good. the only thing you might want to reconsider is running the line off the head to the top of the b-pipe instead of the bottom. Let gravity work for you. Then run the bottom line from the head pipe to pisser.

i think cold fusion did that so there is less stress/pinching on the cables/wires going through there with a pivot bolt. As BK said, trimming it up is not going to affect strength there.
