and mine. thats why the price is what it is. its not just one layer of chop.
I started with the old 24/7 and they hurt the top of my foot. but everyone has their own style and there is no right or wrong just what works for you.
so to be honest, I think the correct answer would be that the...
2 small advantages to doing the intake duct are its a little longer. like 3/4 inch and the major one is you will then be using the sj intake grate, more selections and easier to find. plus having more water helps in the rough.
if you can wait a short time I am about to release 2 new sets of footholds, one is super cheap 65 shipped and the others will be adjustable. no price yet as I am still rounding up the metal/machining. but they will be affordable. molds are almost ready
without checking your popoff you have no way to tell what the aftermarket spring is and im willing to bet that when you changed those you caused your problem. changing that popoff is just about the same as changing jet size. so if it ran perfect and you added larger jets..it wont run perfect...
im still having trouble seeing how rok scored higher on sunday than sat? does it seem to anyone else that he did more sat? add to that the 10 second stall on sunday.
Not taking anything away from his runs, it just seems like sat was jamb packed tricks and aside from the first 2 tricks on...
yes, you would need a gauge that goes higher than 60 if your stock setup is 50-60. this is why I said just put your stock springs back in. its better if you test the carb with the fuel pump installed this way you can also check for gasket leaks while you check pop off. maybe you have a bike...
I should have also said to seperate the carbs when testing. you can do both at the same time but usually one pops and the other doesnt. you could hold the needle in to check the other if you want to be lazy. been there, done that. im not perfect either lol. and im really lazy too.
no 12is way low, stock is like 50 to 60. if you have the stock springs I recommend putting those back in. when you are checking the popoff you are also checking the condition of the needle. with the stainless cover off and the diaghram out you depress the lever for the needle and spray some...
3 things come to mind, there is a bur on the little bar that lifts the needle and I had a set of carbs that the needle hooked on it and it held the needle open and it just poured and poured fuel. pretty hard to miss if this happens.
did you replace the needle and seat? if you did, did you do...
Im sure we all have our preferences as to what is worthy or not. while its amazing that these guys can even hold on to these rediculous skis especially when you are doing nonstop tricks for 2 minutes like some kind of endurance event, I tend to agree that the essence of the tricks is lost...
same thing I told you...if the cable has 4inches of travel and just for giggles lets say you have the adjusters set so the cable can only move 1 in one direction then it has 3 in the other. center the cable first. remove it from the nozzle and bars. pull it one way, measure the extended...
no it doesnt, you would have to make a special rideplate that was shaped like the bottom with chines in it. more parts is more money. And there are already several fx plates out there.
what penken said, also try to move the pole side to side when its down, it may not be an alignment prob but the pole ripping out of the aluminum base its mounted in. that epoxy and rivets only holds back against soo much abuse lol. you may catch it before it wrecks a cable or something. you...
would you also add driveshaft lengths to this? I am hoping to find something from another machine to put into my fx1. otherwise I will go w a sj shaft and extend the pump instead.
